  1. Hi Paul. Nice experimentation & analysis – especially the association between high blood sugar levels and reduced HRV. Can you give us an idea of what you had to eat over what timeframe to induce that state? Was this a level that was likely to be followed by an insulin spiked hypoglycaemia?

    1. Simon, thanks for the comment. I ate mostly fat via butters, cheeses and creames cutting out all foods with significant carbohydrate content. For protein a lot of eggs. Not very imaginative in the first weeks as I’m not skilled in the kitchen. Now deeper into it I am opening up to different food types though I think I am eating too much protein still. Always experimenting.
